Hey there, dude. So, there are no "options to make a stick game" here. You'll have to find and purchase game making software yourself, though, there are also free game making programs that may be just as effective. Sorry if this is disappointing to hear. If you speak with GMR, he's actually recently finished (I believe) making a game and is looking to make a new one. He can likely provide you with a good deal of information on the processes.

You'll need to:
-Learn to code
-Make/find sprites
-Make/Find Music/SFX
-Download/Buy and engine
-Make the game
There's no easy way of making a decent video game.
