Making SFW into MP4

Hi guys :D
Do any of you know any page to make an SFW file into an MP4, because, if i just record it with camtasia studio i lose some quality...
And some of the pages i've tried don't work for me :C

I use this program. It can do a lot more than just convert .swf to .mp4.
