I have tried using "Forgot my password" and I use the correct email, but it WILL NOT send an update email to my email address. I cant access my stickempires account due to this. Pls help me out xD.

I'd prefer pming staff about this, but I went to your staff page, and it looks like the admins havent been online inn a while.

So if staff or someone who can manually send me a new password could post here or just send a new password to the account named: "NeRvEWizard"

I don't much about Stick Empires, but the forget password feature as far as I remember hasn't worked for a while here on the forum at least, so your best bet would be to try and contact Crazy Jay directly. Jeff is in the process of updating the site so that'll likely be a thing he'll be updating when he's finished.
