shit this thread's first page pissed me off. IMO it's med beginner, and I think you need to work on your running because:

1)It looks like he's running backwards
2)It isn't constant (he changes the position at which he runs, and the way he does so a lot [and no, him running faster is not an excuse])

don't get me wrong, you are improving though

when he started running it was ok but as he got faster it looked choppy and uneased
