It's a recommendation that you post enough (without posting spam) to get your post count to at least 20. This will allow you to post links in your RHG thread without the anti-spam system hiding your thread. If this does still happen, just contact a moderator and they will fix it for you.

No. If you do this the moderators will lock your thread so nobody may post on it until you message them with your demo.

No again. This will lead your thread to be binned and you could possibly be infracted for it. You can however post details on your upcoming project here in the Community Projects Section.
