I think the best type of game (for me) is those of individual games that is rather simple, but still attracted easily, something like consortium or something similar to it idk.

What do you guys think went wrong here? I'm talking to the lurkers as well. Did the game itself seem not that fun, or did we just lose momentum after two folks didn't PM me to start the game?
I'm wondering if I should make another forum game that's more straightforward, or if I should wait for more activity before running these.
Couple things went wrong.
1. People that joined up failed to stay active and PM. In the future we need to specify the starting date and deadlines clearly. There should be alternates that immediately replace anyone that fails to PM at the deadline.
2. Adding people with relatively no posts is risky. We don't know if they will make good players, or if they even have the ability to cooperate.
3. Need to be a little more clear with the rules in the OP. We had to ask many questions.
4. Maybe have defined team sizes from the get-go. Makes it easy to organize and plan. And I also don't know if 4+ people on a team would work well on a map this size. I feel like once you get to 4 you're starting to get to the point where you can just sweep the entire map.
I think a Mafia game would still work well since most people are familiar with the rules. Although I don't know if we have enough activity these days.

Quote from Intervening Ghost HandHeeeeey, I don't do that, I just run a Agency that intervenes to protect the characters of other dimensions. In my world, I'm the SilverDama.
Fam what does this even mean, speak clearly now. We can't help you if you don't tell us what's wrong.

Aaron, how about we start a TRANSPARENT open round. Lets just play one game, but non-competitively with you guiding us and explaining it step-by-step and hopefully people will see the fun in it, and we'll also see who the active participants are.

No one else seemed interested in Nish's idea. The people have spoken

That's a shame, I thought this game has potential to bring back interests, I guess not.

Aaron, to be fair, you didn't chip in with your two cents about my idea either. :(

:( I liked the idea but after my previous attempt at restarting the game went awfully, I didn't feel like making yet another redundant post about trying to start something up.
