It's called tests.
People do them to perfect such things as running and walking. So, they do alot of them, and probably post one they find to be impressive.

Its good and the arms are in the right motion with the legs but the only thing that bothered me is that he was sliding across the floor.
Not that i can do better in pivot its just my oppinion

Not bad , I see much improvement , only two things.
One , the feet were moving too much up and down instead of stay in place ( basicaly like wiggling)
Two , those stops where very annoying , you should make it more fluid.
