So my teacher asked what is a world without rules? So the first thing that came in my mind is there will be a lot of trouble, no guides and everything and it became a pretty much common answer to our classroom. There are many things that rules help and I saw something in a intersection there is no sign, traffic officer or any traffic lights yet with open communication the cars flowed smoothly in the road dunno if I could include that example to rules well

Well, the common term to describe a community or country without rules is called an Anarchy. The exact definition being "A state of disorder due to absence or nonrecognition of authority."
Anarchy has never worked for more than a day in governments. Seriously. When no power is being held by an individual or the government, eventually someone will rise and take the power for themselves. Turning the Anarchy into an authoritarian government, or dictatorship.

Rules may be lame at times, but for the most part, they're only there to protect us and the country we're living in from falling into complete chaos. That's my take on it I guess.
