Has anyone else encountered a problem with the FPS in Macromedia Flash? I've got it set to 24 FPS, but when my animations play, it fluctuates and usually ends up at 18 FPS. How do I fix this? My new computer is very beefy, so I don't see how it could be a problem.

Are you using a lot of filters in your animation? Is there a lot going on when the frame rate seems to drop?

You should use a more current version of Flash if it's neither of those.
