Quote from RichardLongflopI'm missing one.
I had an ingrown toenail once. Lasted three years. After the first year I had a surgery to remove it, hoping it'd grow back fixed. They didn't give me enough anaesthetic so I felt the first half of it being removed. Then they stuck a needle into the heavily infected area. This was my big toe. The nail, when removed, had large jagged spikes that must have went deep into the skin.
The next time I had to have the surgery, since it grew back fucked, I was put under. Now I have no more toenail on by big right toe because, after they removed it, they put acid on the nail bed so nothing would ever grow there again.
I somehow managed to get it on both my toes at the same time. Waited a couple months before getting it fixed. Similarly, on one toe the anesthetic didn't really work at first. Hurt like a bitch. Otherwise it wasn't too bad.
