So yeah, I am working on a new clan wif my friends, and I am trying to think of where should I put my clan. N, S, E or W. The rules said something about waging battles in "my" territory, but one question, can I wage war on clans in different territories? For example, I placed my clan on N, can I wage war on clans in the W?
I'm sorry if this question may sound stupid :D.

You can really wage war on who ever or what ever you want
it doesn't count for any thing to my knowledge, as the clan system isn't really developed,
