Right forearm seems a bit lengthy though? Maybe because the elbow part seems all too merged and mixed up? I'm guessing if the forearm is made thinner, it could help in differentiating each part of the hand.

Only thing I'll note is from the consumer side of digital art.

It seems a bit busy, IMO. It's hard to find the focus of the picture. One would assume the girl, but by instinct the human eye is drawn to the robot/monster thing. It SEEMS to be spewing stuff, but the stuff isn't connected to its mouth much so idk

The girl is pumping something...healing potion? What/why is unclear.

The dirt in the foreground I can assume is from combat/activity near her, but there is no visible cause in this art for the streaked appearance, which suggests dust kicked up by bullets striking the earth.

All in all what I'm getting at is that while the art is fantastic (I can draw a crooked stick person, I think. Ugly AF, though), this scene seems -- TO ME -- to be a case of too much conveying too little.
