View Profile I would like a spot for a cameo? Not official or whatnot. George Prince's family does also own a majority of Stickpage City. He and his brother were born and raised here, thus neutral third party of the top 1%.
If there's space for such a cameo in this marvelous event.

View Profile Put me in, so I can claim the spot denied to me in SP.Net.
oh for fuck's sakes, you weren't in yet because you weren't suppose to come out yet.
here are me and acute's notes on you:
[Character #38 - Azure Kite
Estimated Appearance: Chapter 14? Post-Modhunt
Role: Mod partnered with Raptor. Functions as the "street team" who's task is to perform recon and search&rescue operations. Azure takes to the sky while Raptor takes to the ground. As a duo, they cover vast amounts of space and are formidable when working together in smoking out hiders and stalkers.
Story bits:
- Is of the differing opinion between Raptor in believing that Camila had betrayed the mods. Despite that they still work together.
- Encounter's Sacred's Brood and faces against them to a standstill after defeating 2 of their number
- When Raptor goes missing after the separate from a retreat, Azure manages to find Cami but unbeknowst to him, fights him against her will. She gets away from him after severely hampering his abilities and manages to Level Up appropriately.
- Later found by acutelatios, the two re-hunt Cami until the foregone conclusion and start of the Nuclear Sub Arc.
Powers: Azure Kite glides on a kite-shaped rigid diamond of indiscernible properties. From below looking up, the shape is nigh invisible due to it resembling the sky, which adapts based on its position. The shape is capable of flying at any velocity, and its sharp edges can hurt others who come close to it. It is possible for Azure to stay in the same area of the sky for long periods of time and not get detected. Combine this with Raptor's ability to telepathically control a mass of Raptors, and together they are quite efficient scouts for land and air.]
Read if you want to be spoiled. But don't say I never considered everyone at the time.
Anyone else, want to be spoiled? Try me.

View Profile I shant be spoiled. I still hold out hopes it'll reach completion some day. Besides, you should know I hold long grudges, like how I still have some salt left from that Buttons forum game you held way back when that I would've won if not for a loser dragging me down with him.

View Profile I do have an apology to make... I didn't discuss the signup thing with Hewitt before I posted it LMAO
He wants to choose which members to include, and I agree after a bit of discussion. It gives us a lot more freedom with what we decide to do with the story.
But while we're writing this for the fun of it, we also want you guys to read and enjoy what we're making. Signing up still shows me that you guys are interested in this collab, and so that definitely makes me more inclined to include you as characters.
Stay tuned for now. We have a bit of planning to do, and we should hopefully have actually writing being posted not too long from now :p

View Profile Either way, its interesting and will be a good read.
SP.NET is still one of the things I want to read, even Devour's old thing where the mods are like demons and angels... something. Haha.

View Profile The intro is out! Sorry for such a delay on the first part. Hewitt just had some ISP issues. We brainstormed a lot for the next part already so that one shouldn't take as long
Magus Log. September. Twenty-Sixteen.
My efforts to save the world have finally come to a head.
Formalities first. No new contact since that week in November. Activity on the Aethersphere has reached an all-time low. Where ARE they hiding, these people?
Struck out again with the Trinket hunt. Followed my hunch from yesterday to see a man about an item from an online auction. Wasted valuable time and money tracking down its source, all for some dime store souveneir forged not in the fifteenth century, but the fifteenth of two thousand. Medieval fair. Trash.
Thus, I wish to strike #375 off the record. Resolving to go back to last legitimate lead, #41. Yes, I am aware that sets my research back quite awhiles but the resonance factor cannot be ignored.
Anyways, the real reason for this log is on matters of security. I've spent far too long chasing demons that should be long dead. Surely, someone from the Aether would have already noticed. This has led me to the conclusion that they are not planning an invasion. They're already here. Waiting. But for what. Digressing a bit, I may need to up security. Burn all my dossiers and fact sheets. Purge my online activities. Maybe acquire a new apartment. Trinket hunting has had its perks...
I am compiling all these logs into one master file, to be kept on my person at all times. Should I be found, this file will delete itself but not before backing up to key-locations in the cloud across town. At least...until I can get the funding for that. Digressing again.
As this is my first time recording a master list I will just state the necessities. If I laid out everything here and now I will have to pay extra for my coffee just to show I'm still enjoying their patronage and that diner lady is already looking at me funny. I need to wrap this one up quick:
I've seen them. Arbiters they call themselves. Ever wonder about those shadows at the corner of your eye? That's them. Hard to believe I'm sure. But it's them. They're here. And they've been saying some pretty fucked up things.
Like for one, that only key people are to be engaged. Any more and it would garner a reprimand. Or Worse. I felt like the back of my throat regurgitated a bit when he said that for some reason. What was so Bad that these guidelines needed to be kept?
They also spoke of Fonts of Knowledge as not just neutral grounds but training grounds as well. Training for what? I thought these invaders were already in their prime. Unless...they've indoctrinated some new recruits. That would explain why these Trinkets I keep acquiring are IT'S A TAPE RECORDER MISS, HAVEN'T YOU HEARD OF... you want me to go? Fine, just let me...
By the way, if anyone is wondering why I can even see these things, it's all because of these Trinkets. Keepsakes, according to the robed figure with the raspy voice. Cliche, much? Anyways, #41 immediately triggered this event as soon as I...helped myself to it. It did not seem to notice or care I was an interloper in their world. A recording perhaps? A projection? A message disguised as an illusion playing tricks with my mind.
I'm rambling. And this recording has gone long enough. YES. YES, I AM GETTING OUT OF YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. NO, THE COFFEE IS WONDERFUL. THANK YOU LADY.
I gotta go.

View Profile Certainly a good intro. Piqued my interest.
Took me a little while to realize that it was a recorded log and not a written one...

Questions:
- Is Magus short for Manthagues, or...?
- Aethersphere as in this right?
- '..These people..', the people of Aethesphere? (or is it a suspense?)
- What does Trinket mean here? (the usual meaning in dictionary?)
- '..someone from Aether would have noticed.' Noticed the demons, correct?
- '..Who are these demons? (will be explained further or, did I miss something?)
- 'If I laid out everything here and now I will have to pay extra for my coffee just to show I'm still enjoying their patronage and that diner lady is already looking at me funny.' I didn't get the 'paying extra to show you're enjoying the patronage' bit actually, could you elaborate? (I get that he has already spent a lot of time in that place because of which he'll be kicked out soon, but the rest?...)
- 'I've seen them..' The demons again right?
- Fonts of Knowledge?
- '..as soon as I helped myself to it.' Meaning even he can't explain how he did it, right?
It actually took me some time to realize that he was talking to the diner lady after, '..these Trinkets I keep acquiring are..', but when I did, it was funny!
[bonus question: '...are fake.'? He didn't finish his sentence there right? Suspense again?]
Nice work on it Devour & Hewitt, waiting for the next part! (btw how exactly did you guys collaborate on this?)

View Profile All your questions are probably stuff that will be expanded on later into the story. Except for 7, which I don't understand how you don't get it. If you're in a shop, you're expected to buy stuff, not lounge around, lest you buy something else and "pay extra." That would send the message that he's staying there long because he likes what they sell instead of he's staying long only because he needed a place to sit.
