Yeah, stay away from "fullbody" for now.
What's good here is that you got the posing right, so that's a start since you managed to showcase your idea to the viewers. However, animation wise, you definitely need more work here, specifically:
1.) More frames
2.) Less stiffness
3.) Better forms
4.) Better figure
5.) More consistency
Animate a ball bouncing and post it back here so I can see your current skill level and I can give you suggestions on what to do.

Hey there, noticed you've been posting quite a bit and I admire your enthusiasm. It's a good thing!
Take a look at this series on the 12 principles of animation, it should help a lot.

Okay, well, I can see you got the gist of what you're supposed to do but on the how you do it, well, you need to work on that. Alright, here are my main points:
1.) Little to no easing. When a ball goes up, it slows down because it's losing energy, then it reaches its maximum height and then it goes down which speeds up because it's gaining energy and because of this, the animation looks bad and while we get the idea it's a ball, your delivery is just not getting to us.
2.) Stop and go motion. Yes, there actually is stop and go in your simple ball bounce. If you notice when it reaches its maximum height, there's this awkward pause before it starts to fall again. In fact, I believe you put way too many frames in that part which is why it looks like that. Anyway, go ahead and experiment with the number of frames needed as this is the only way you can get through this obstacle.
3.) Lack of stretching. You got the "squashing" part when the ball hits the ground but what about when it goes back up? Even if it's just a little, add a little bit of stretching. Trust me, in animation, even the littlest of details can make your animation go from "Good" to "Great".
Personal Note: You can express your ideas to the viewers so there's no problem there, however, you have a problem delivering them but this can be easily solved by practicing repeatedly so your movements can come out the same way on how you want to express them. For now, I'd say either stick with a ball and fix the problems I stated above or you can go for stickfigures but keep your actions simple (Walking, Jumping, Running, Hopping, etc.) which is basically animating everyday actions. The reason why you should animate everyday actions rather than big action movements is because these movements are so minimal, you will be forced to actually know what to animate to be able to deliver your idea. As usual, keep practicing and keep it up! Cheers~

Stop saying that you use mouse as an excuse because it's not,a lot of good animators use/used to use mouse, the ones who used to use mouse but have moved on to tablet now made great animations with a mouse, work on your easing, your stiffnes, and wobliness,gl on the future man.
