The concept is good thought, just make him that he doesnt have op abilities, thats all. Make his explosions normal not nuclear, he can literally destroy planets... and its radioactive too...

In my earnest opinion, I think "The Nuclear Bomb" sounds like a better fit. "The Nuclear Manipulator" sounds a bit long, and doesn't have that same *ring* to it.

I changed it because people started making jokes off it
