Why not? It's his RHG. Even if it's OP, when you battle him, you can still think of ways to kill him.

Well, it's a lot to renember.
And incorporate it into the fight as well. You'll find yourself going "oh wait he can do X" and having to do something different because otherwise you'll be diverging from the character.
