Alright I updated the OP with some stuffs. Notable changes:
FiU rules for exploits (not including bombs running under CA)
12 minute games turned into 15
Castle Unit 3's are banned simply to avoid stall.

I don't see the issue with ca3 but okay I suppose.

What about fire cheese and archer cheese? The diagonal runs to avoid ca aggro?

Cheesies are all game.

Castle Unit 3's are banned simply to avoid stall. That's the only reason you would ever make them and we don't want 15 min games every game early on.

Cheese is a playstyle, for example, 6-pooling as zerg. You guys are referring to glitches and/or bugs. Figured I should clear that up.

Yeah but this cheese is a bug, CJ has expressed how it's not intended and meaning to be fixed.

Intention in this case doesn't really matter. Until it IS fixed I don't see why it should not be allowed. In the case of CA dodging it only happens when one player is already way behind. I can't see it having a big impact on games.

I don't really consider it risky. And it happens very early against chaos with archer start. pretty silly imo but I've said enough.

This is a more questionable statement than "swords are high risk high reward".

Jokes aside, I feel like this topic deserves a discussion of its own, maybe? Either way projectile dodging (in all forms) will be allowed for this tourney, its high risk low reward ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) so really wont make a difference.
