Alex stepped away from the counter and faced Tanya, both having cigarettes in their mouth and glass of drinks in their hand. Unvolountarily they both raised their drinks and took a big sip, shaking in very similar manner, only differing slightly in the afterburner, where Alex shouts but Tanya smirks. They both took puffs from their respective cigarettes almost at the same time, just before bursting in laughter. The two shared the moment for a bit of time, before Tanya spoke.
"I can see you're definitely the guy." she said with a large smile across her face.
"I told ya." he replied.
"Can I ask ye something?"
"Yeah, go ahead."
"Why did you make Serena so hard to deal with? She's a pain in the ass at times, dude."
Alex paused for a moment, before answering Tanya's question.
"I don't remember what my train of thought was at the time, but I say you match well, no?"
"Yeah, but that's because of you!"
"You want me to change it? I can if you wa-"
"Nononononononononononono it's fine. Pretend I said nothing." Tanya sulked, hiding her face down in her vodka glass. Alex smiled, ruffing his hand through her hair.
"Good girl. I'll see you around!"
Alex simply spun on his toes and walked away, seemingly disappearing into thin air, gone in the blink of an eye. Tanya smiled, sipping the rest of her vodka and finishing her cigarette.
