Warren is a professional thief for hire. Originally, he was part of a outfit that sold stolen weapons and intelligence from various RHG clans to high-profile clients. Lots of money changed hands. Eventually, their luck ran out. Someone in the gang informed their next target, The Division, about their plans, and the ensuing heist resulted in an ambush. Most of this outfit was killed. Warren, one of the few survivors, went into hiding. He is now on the run, having made enemies of powerful people in the RHG circuit.
Though his tactics require Warren to keep quiet most of the time, he often shows a dry sense of humor, even on the job. He nonetheless is as efficient and ruthless as the best in his line of work. Though he certainly isn't above killing, he sees violence as way to get what he wants first and foremost. He often sees violence as unnecessary or sloppy.
