Probably. most games and anime I know of have copyrighted music. However, there definitely are some that aren't. For example, the ones you can find on the Newgrounds portal aren't copyrighted I think. If you're not sure, you can always just make a test video with the song and upload it unlisted to YouTube. if you get a copyright notice, then it's copyrighted. if you don't, then it's not.
