I'm pretty sure Aruta doesn't want to reveal himself because Kuro can target him and eliminate him for good. Oh, and I'm not Aruta either

Thing is we have more than enough protection items to protect the Aruta. By not revealing themselves they are putting themselves at greater risk because we can't protect then from the chance of getting targeted by Kuro anyway.

There are two Staff of Monomis, so Aruta can live for two more days at least. I don't know where I stand in Aruta's opinion, but if it helps, I also suggest for Aruta to reveal himself. His investigations will definitely reveal a lot, and not only that, we'd finally have someone confirmed as Hope. Having a central figure of trust would really help the team in the long-term, especially since we only need to kill one player, not a whole team of informed minority like classic mafia.

I think, while Drizzle might still be Despair, out of all of us he's really imo the only one who has the least probability of being a Despair since he isn't Kuro. Everything else are gut feelings that have been based off of usage of items, and Kuro might just not have lied about his items. Using Vise could just be Kuro disposing of a useless item that might get stolen by Raptor. Defending Drizzle means nothing because Ai would be hella sus if he didn't defend the very first female kill of the game. Extending day 2 might just be a way to earn trust and might also reveal certain information (i.e. Aruta's identity) that might prove useful if this game goes on for too long.

A lot of what I said are just speculation, and I don't necessarily believe them, it's just that Drizzle can't possibly be Kuro while Ai, Doctornoob, and Raptor can still be Kuro and thus each of them have a higher chance of being Despair.

And yes, we do have plenty of protection items. Granted, they put themselves in danger...but we also have those glasses items that can be used after Aruta dies, meaning even if there was the vague chance of something happening to Aruta in late game, we would still have a way of finding out who is who.

EDIT: I forgot about your question, Smile...and I'm pretty sure at that time it was Raptor. Less because I suspected him of being Despair but more because I suspected him of being Aruta or Monomi.

Process by elimination means Drizzle is Aruta or someone is lying. Probably no monomi either, but he doesn't have to reveal himself.

To fully trust the cop? What if the cop, for some reason, investigated you today too, and got you to be a Kuro, as Alph claims? Whilst I hate to say this, this isn't really you.

Drizzle might be despair, but he isn't Kuro, for sure. And to confirm his shiro-ness we have Person to complete his identity tonight, unless he turns out to be Aruta in which case, everything checks out and we can use the Grad Album on someone else.

Whilst these are very good points, to refute them is to go back to zero. Well, not really since we have Drizzle as Not Kuro. I think these are information worth working around to. At least the 4 people we've included here are more trustworthy than the rest.

I see the game like this; instead of trying to pinpoint the Kuro from the getgo, we accumulate the amount of people that are Shiro. The more Shiro we have, the easier it is for us to figure out the Kuro.
