Late to the party I know, **** off.

So far it's been pretty fun. It's really a great game that's loads of fun. Although there are a few complaints I have.

When I started it, I was a bit lost. It was easy to figure some stuff out but I was a bit confused of where the ammo was so i was pressing R a load of times and it didn't seem to do anything. Guess that's my bad for forgetting this is the future, and we have laser weapons that go pew pew. So I press R loads of times and nothing happened. Those of you who have played the game will know whats funny about this that ended up biting me in the ass.

Another thing, my squad mates seem to die way too easy. Mainly because they're stupid. When I tell them to take cover they translate that into "Take cover, but pop my giant lizard head up eveyr few seconds to let them have a shot at me to make it fair. So they end up getting themselves killed.

Now for those who haven't played it's time to tell you what pressing R does. It throws a grenade. Yeah, guess the creatotr never played an FPS on a PC before because normally grenades are G not ****ing R. And the grenades are not grenades, they are kamikaze frisbees that fly past the enemy. You press R, mash the deotnate button the second you press it and it flys past the enemy and explodes behind them. Really gay and a waste.

Also, in the first gameplay videos it showed the times when you talk to people, it's really cool but you can't seem to interupt people. Maybe it's only a few moments later on in the game but I pick an option right when I have the chance and my guy is polite enough to wait. But still, the talking thing is pretty awesome. I hate that about FPS's where your a faceless nameless and of course, voiceless bitch who just listens to everything hes told to do without having any say. Mass Effect demolishes that little peeve.

I'm not very far, but it's already awesome. I'm a spectar and I have the ship now and I'm on some planet helping some guys hold back the evil aliens. Although, holding back must mean hold back the ones you see then charge after them. Oh yeah, that's my definition of "Holding back"

I forget which button, but I'm fairly sure you can skip lines of conversation by pressing something.
I'm guessing you downloaded it for pc or something, because you'll never accidentally throw a grenade in the exbawks version, since it uses the back button for some reason

make sure you get either your charm or intimidate up, they seem useless but you'll really want them later in the game

I killed Fist. I didn't know I was gonna kill him, I just thought I'd make him beg for his life and give me something but no. BAM shot. And good thing too, some other alien along the ay payed me because he liked what I did. Schweet.

Are you shitting me? I love the grenades in this game. They're essentially miniature remote explosives.

The game is awesome. I wish they could have lengthened the main story a bit more though.

So I should get it? I made a thread about which game I should get, and this one has been in my list a long time. And yes, they said its confusing at first and its annoying to everytime you wanna switch between a power you have to pauze the game or something.

It's not like the pause affects the game much, you don't have to go through ten menus to get there. You just press lb and a direction, and there you go.
It's a very good game.

lb is guns. rb is powers.

I love this game, I've almost beated it three times. =X

I personally really like the right bumper to switch powers because it lets you look at the situation (if you have it on pause, you can take it off) and it's really fast to switch powers).
