Download a demo or something and see for yourself.
Its a good game, but it gets a bit boring after a while.

Uh, no, not at all. I have over 300 hours of gameplay in and I haven't even finished the main quest.
Yes, but buy it for the PC if you can, there are some great mods out there for it.

Oh, so you're not tired of
1. Enter portal to other dimension that looks like a red desert"
2. "Find entrance to tower"
3."Kill Deadra inside"
4."Get Demonstone or whatever it is (Been a long time)"
5. Repeat from step 1.
Or the endless temples and ayleid ruins that all look the same?
Or searching for a ****ing vampire cure by collecting garlic, wich the only way to aquire is to talk to shopkeepers, wich the only way to get to is to get outside when it's day, wich eventually burns your skin?

It does get pretty boring after awhile. Save your money for fallout 3.

It's funny to listen to the NPC's.
YOu'll overhear some guy saying he's all pissed of about a village being destroyed and that the anger keeps him going. Talk to him and he a super happy rainbow love child hoping for the best and still trys to sell goods to people.
Or they try to sell you a horse, you don't want one so you leave and they go "I'm done talkign to you!' in a very rude fashion.

I'd wait it out for fallout 3. It'll be similar to oblivion, only better.

Meh, if what I'm hearing is true. Then I won't get it.

You just completely threw aside the other sidequests, leveling skills, and just playing freeform. I have had several hours of gameplay just looking for cool shit to deck my house (A Wizard's Tower I got from Xbox Live Marketplace) out with, like glass weapons and armor, staffs, and shit.
If you got bored, then you're doing it wrong.

I completely agree. That fool obviously never played for more than an hour.

I'd say that's not even 1/10 of the whole game. And I've been playing on the 360 version with no extras.

Um, is there a crack or something? or a demo?
Aug 12, 2008 2:04 AM #217554
No, there's no demo, but there are cracks.
Just get it. It's an incredible game.
