Notes b4 the thread:
So first of all some of you may know of a similar thread about this wRHG. That's because the one who created that, is me, in my previous account which I have lost for a very loooonggggg time and never returned. So here is the new and improved Raizyx aka Neo Deus(God of the New Age).

Raizyx’s best combat skill is his mobility with the instant warp and the Assembler’s speed. Those who are strong against high mobility fighters will have an advantage.

Remember that his AoE electric shock can NEVER kill someone.

Raizyx depends much on his brain power in order to fight properly, remaining in control of his Assembler for a long period of time increases the risk of him having nausea and headache.

As Raizyx is very brain reliant to be effective, hallucinogens can ruin his fight patterns.

A single drop of alcohol will instantly make him pass out.

When he fuses Assemblers, keep note that his number of available weapons diminishes, this can affect him greatly especially in terms of defense.

He has NO control on his spacial abilities. Either they are triggered by accident or desperation.

Ultimate skills comes with ultimate risks. Paradise Lost will instantly give him headache equal to three days straight use of the Assemblers, he may even vomit blood. [/spoiler]

Personality
Raizyx is a perfectly calm person no matter the situation. Be it him being in an advantage or disadvantage he can handle it all without hesitation. He is also known for being an emotionless assassin. The only smile you can see from him is the smile of insanity whenever he is almost defeated.

Fight pattern
Raizyx fight as an assassin should, eliminate target in the least possible amount of time. Expect him to be extremely aggressive as he needs to finish the battle before the extreme usage of brainwave gives a bad feedback onto his body.

Legs - purely white jeans running down all the way to his ankles. A belt is attached onto it where the Assemblers are placed when not in used.

Foot - pretty standard white shoes with the initials “ND” embedded on a button located at the shaft.

Face - Raizyx has decently long grayish-white hair. His face’s left side is covered by the hair running downwards to like an emo hairstyle. His hair is separated from back and front by the headgear making it look like a nice headband. A purple scar runs from his forehead down to his left eye continuing towards his mouth, this is somehow seldomnly visible as it is covered by his hair.

Weapon - Each Assembler is completely identical to the other in terms of appearance and measurements. An individual Assembler measures 3cm in length and 1 cm in width. The top side is a sharp edge that is used to inflict physical wound to targets. The middle side is composed of the core encased in a glass mirror which is highly durable. The bottom side is composed of the thrusters which is used to propel the Assemblers using rocket power. This also where the plasma balls are shot from, inflicting electrocuting injuries at an extremely long range. The top and bottom side of the Assembler perfectly fits each other allowing them to chain and stack their power as the user wills it.

to look at for your average person. But not for Raizyx, as he finds himself plummeting down to the earth below. The proud city of Celestia, the home of the blessed, shrunk as the distance between the city and Raizyx grew. A look of disbelief appeared on his face. “So I really am exiled.” he said quietly. Larger and larger the ground below went. He was nearing to his new world, far from the hierarchy that he just grew up in. He closed his eyes and recalled his memories.

“Big Sis look, I created a new prototype of the fully automatic bow! This time it’s really functional.” young Raizyx brought his new masterpiece to the big sister he looked up upon. Joy and admiration is evident on the young kid’s face. “You said you needed a new weapon right? Right?” he tried to confirm. “Raizyx, I told you not to mess with technology again. You know it is prohibited here on Celestia.” a sweet and caring voice replied. “We don’t need help from those things, only the mere humans will find benefit to that.” she stated. “But you said…” Raizyx tried to protest but his sister cut him in by putting her index finger on his lips. “You don’t have to do stuff like that for me. I appreciate your help but I can’t let my cute little brother get captured when the day comes.” she said. Raizyx removed her finger from his lips but kept on holding it for a bit. “I won’t get caught. Unless they know how technology works, there’s no chance of them finding me out.” Raizyx announced confidently. “Besides, you won’t let that happen right?” he added which somehow for some reason made his sister stutter. “Y-yeah.” she replied.

Three years later.

Several disks hovered around the room. Raizyx was bent over, carefully connecting two wires with a hair’s width. “Now that’s the connector circuit done which should make circuit A and F work together.” he said to himself. Electric shocks seem to appear from the circuit he is connecting. “Whoops, going to need to patch that up as soon as possible.” he observed. He fondled a little more with the wirings then he stood up and looked at his surroundings. “This is too messy.” he said, annoyed. Then three knocks on the door came. “Buster” a voice shouted on the other side. The door lifted itself up and Raizyx’s sister walked in. “You look exhausted, are the front line duties too much already.” he greeted. His sister gave her a rather serious look. “Can I have a word with you?” she asked. “Huh, then have a seat.” Raizyx answered then at the same time motioned his hands in a strange pattern. The hovering disks all clumped up to give Raizyx’s sister a nice seat.

“So, what is it?” Raizyx asked anxiously. “I’m going to be be blunt here. Stop what you are doing right now Raizyx, you’re going to end up putting yourself in trouble.” she demanded. “Is the queen suspecting me already.” Raizyx replied. His sister just kept silent as if saying that he guessed it right. A serious look formed on Raizyx’s face. “It’s fine I’ll handle things when the time comes.” he said.

“Is that so, then that means you can handle this now?” a voice from outside the conversation interrupted. Three figures moved into the room. One was heavily cloaked in full body armor. Gender is unidentified since the armor covers the entirety of the body. A girl sitting comfortably, on air, is munching away on what appears to be chips. And the last one, having the wings and tails of a dragon and a body of a young girl. “Answer me you pathetic excuse for a celestial.” the half dragon said.

An intense atmosphere filled the room. The three positioned at the door and the two inside the room menacingly stared at each other. “I fail to see a reason as to why you would prohibit this kind of activity, my queen.” Raizyx remarked. “Unbelievable, a celestial needing aid from a clump of metal?” the girl sitting on air commented. She continued on chewing away her chips.

“Listen, you are a celestial. A proud citizen of our kind. We are the ascended human beings so we mustn’t put ourselves to the same position as them. Let them have their machines for we have our power.” said the queen. “I will give you another chance, either destroy this disgusting sight and have pardon for your sins or face the consequence of your actions.” the queen asked.

“Mind if I ask why you are willing to give me pardon?” Raizyx asked back. “Oh, because I want to give something back to your sister for her loyal service. I want to avoid doing things that will ruin our relationship but I got my rules that must be followed as well” the queen answered. “Well, better find some other way to repay my sister because that is not happening.” Raizyx declared. “I gave you your chance.” the queen said in an intimidating voice.

Edge of Celestia
The Cloud Borders
Middle of the night.

The citizens of Celestia gathered on one side while on the other side are the queen and her attendants. Raizyx stood in the middle, facing away from the crowd and looking at the four in front of him. Chatters can be heard from the crowd as the queen gave her speech. “That’s the sibling of Kira right?” “Kira, you mean the best swordsman of Celestia?” “Yeah.” “How sad to see this sudden turn of events.” “Yeah not only that but he did get the midnight judgement. So frail.” were some of those said.

The queen finished her speech and pointed at Raizyx. “You disgrace, after the crime you have committed, I am giving you the worst punishment that are given to scoundrels like you. A punishment worse than death itself.” after a brief pause, “I hereby strip you of your rights as a celestial. You will forever be banished to the world of humans never acknowledged to return again to this blessed land.”

“Banishment!” “Really?” “No kidding that really is worse than death.” “Yeah there was only one who was sentenced banishment from Celestia, a member of the End 6 that betrayed the queen. That’s how grave this is.” were some of the crowd’s reaction. While the murmurs were going on, Raizyx already stepped on the borderlines he looked down and saw a never ending abyss, he was prepared for this.

“My little brother.” Kira sobbed. “Any last words Human?” the Queen asked, labelling him already as not among them. Raizyx spun around and looked at everyone. He put his palm over his left eye. The purple scar seemed to light up a bit. Then they light up more. Then suddenly it was already violently glowing. “Take care now Old Sis.” he said to his sister.

Raizyx then removed his palm and what the queen saw next made her heart skip a beat. Raizyx’s left sclera had turned black and his pupil turned to purple, its shape changed as if showing a symbol.

Raizyx let out an insane laugh as if his personality instantly changed. A sinister smile formed on his face and he stated a short message. “We’ll see each other again.” And down he go to the human realm. Falling from the place he used to call home.

arrived on the military island. Hundreds of soldiers swarmed to the place of interest. A giant crater was created in the middle of the field. The surroundings were nothing but shattered stones and an unstable land. It was as if a meteor has crashed on the island. The soldiers then approached the center of the crater, investigating the scene.

A figure sat up from a lying position. The figure’s head moved back and forth, as if observing the area. Then it stood up and spoke “Where is this?”

The soldiers then pointed their gun at them. The one in front spoke and answered the figure’s question. “This is a restricted area. How did you get here outsider?” Everyone has their fingers on the triggers, preparing in case something unexpected happen.

“Hmm, so I finally arrived.” the figure said to himself. “How did I get here? Let’s just say I fell from the sky. Nothing more.” he said to the men in front of him.

The place that Raizyx land on from his grand penalty happen to be an island devoted for keeping military secrets and weapons which explains why the place is swarming with soldiers.

“Well, sorry for intruding pretend that I was never here and I’ll leave quietly.” Raizyx casually said and started walking to the east. The soldiers just froze there for a second. It was a long time before they started to act.

So I just want to start by saying most fights are one on one.

Raizyx continued on defending himself from the endless waves of bullets. He yawned inside his protective barrier, his arms folded in front of him. The sight he is seeing made him bored and disappointed at the same time.

Hell, if you can kill 10 people without breaking a sweat you may have some power problems. I'm also iffy on what exactly he is or what exactly his weapon does. I could go over all of this power by power, but if what your guy does could dismantle any random person in the hall of warriors, there's some tweaking to do

That's not the point, he took out hundreds of enemies open firing on him with weapons that shoot/move faster than the overwhelming number of weapons ranged gladiators use. I go by the demo when in doubt, hence the quote

The thing is though, those are your average guns. As far as I've read, the gladiators here have specialized weapon/ materials that make them quite stronger than your normal human so... yeah. Anyways just to clarify he is not OP as in unkillable but those weapons, ahh, they may be, that's why you have to disarm him.

I usually just read abilities and weaknesses of new guys and review from there. :D

Here is my opinion on your gladiator:

Paradise Lost? Stopping everything in an area and easily breaking every bone in their body without anything and the opponent cant do anything about it? No such thing as resistance from the other side makes this guy OP, and the catch? He gets a splitting headache that could possibly also make him cough blood, after the battle (of course the opponent is dead by then anyway so what does it matter). Doesn't really give the disadvantage.

A shock enough to paralyze makes the opponent good as dead. You know that right?

Assemblers are fine, I guess, although they border OP in the sense they have a sort of future sight. I have a previous wRHG with more weapons than this guy but he relies on his own intelligence.

Poison Immunity? Is okay.

Teleportation? Its fine since he gets tired from using it too much and it does have a large enough window.

Assassin type eh? Easiest way too? Ok, lets shock the dude and paralyze him. Use the assembler to stab the dude at the back. Problem solved. Assassination done.

There are things that need to be tweaked a bit. Thats it.

Ok, since previous viewers are kind of seeing an OP-ness(get it? hehe) part on him I made a few tweaks and adjustments. Or in lay man's term, nerfed him quite a bit.
