The PC threads are outdated so pardon me starting a new one. What you guys' thought about buying used PC parts? Except for the ones from your friends or related, I have many trust issues with second-hand products.

My budget is about ~$1000 for a new set, I'm aiming for the $700 or the $1000 here [link removed]

I focus mainly on the graphic card, here are GTX 1060 and GTX 1070, sure I'm not comparing those two but I don't know if the $1000 set worth the bucks. The money said it all but another extra $300 is enough for me to get a headache. Thanks guys.
