Quick question with the snake arms: does she control them like any other limb, or do they have any sense of sentience independently?

A. yes she can control them like any other limb and because they have eyes on the end of them it is sort of like an extra head for her but if her head is chopped off, then the snake arms would ultimately be useless as they do not have a brain themselves. think of the pokemon hydreigon, extra heads but no brains in them.

B. I might but we will see and its ok stuff happens.

Oh I forgot, last question:

Is her existence common knowledge, or is she like a well kept secret?

her existence is common knowledge or at least it was. its just that over time people forgot about her and learned to fear her because she is so different and well most people fear the unknown.

no she does not have names for them but she cares deeply for them and after a battle will spend a few days mourning the loss of such innocent creatures
