Well im wondering how to make a website (no money involved) with out freewebs. If anyone has any programs or links I would apriceate if you posted it here.(I know i spelt some things wrong.) thanks.

Yeah, I don't think you'd have the know how to make a website but you answer your question anyway: They use HTML coding and alot of website creators use adobe dreamweaver to make their websites. Google the rest.

Money is pretty essential when creating a website.
You're going to need a host, that usually you pay monthly for, and they give you an allotted bandwidth related to how much money you're paying per month.
More money, more bandwidth, more content, more traffic.

If you have no money, then you probably don't have a lot of business running a website.
