So in here, all the sprites I used were free resources off the web. If you see basically anything in here that looks like something you can do, go ahead and do it lol. Google how RPG maker vx ace handles sprites if you want.
All the sound effects are defaults given to me in the program. Same with the music.
I dunno. If you see basically anything in here that makes you think "I could do better..." or for some things like the backgrounds, if you can do those at all, then hit me up and I'll show you how to do it.
really intrigued to make a Youtube video on this :D
EDIT: demo link isnt working?
Edit2: I've tried using different browsers too, are you sure u made the right link?
The video is ready :D
I have a long ass description tho
its goin up tomorrow :D
Heres a useful picture (maybe)
copy/paste the link (without the [/IMG])
right click the image, then press save image as
(P.S. This is from the game Touhou Danmakufu. If you want everything to be original, I suppose I kinda suck at drawing :p)
I'm so triggered by that video. It's...
-12 fps
-Doesn't know pressing Enter interacts with the environment
-Doesn't know pressing X backspaces in name creation
-Starts mashing enter not reading anything (or at least letting the viewers have time to read it) halfway through the video
-Tries to say "he and Devour made this game" in the description when nothing he did is in the demo
I'm sorry mang but that's terrible. Here's a slightly better one...
R.I.P
-wait, it was 12 fps?
-I was in a hurry, since I had a basketball game and homework, so I didn't really acknowledge that there were interactions
-Add a controls page XD (same with the hurried part, so I didn't have time to explore most of the stuff that existed)
-I need to fix that habit while recording, since I read very fast and I usually skip game chatlogs
-I was wrong on this part :(
When the full game comes out, I'll be sure to fix those mistakes (Probably I'll have to stick with 12 fps, since my computer is kinda slow and wasn't specifically made for gaming and holding RAM)
