Creating WMDs cost a lot of money. If we were to use some of that money on more important things such as: proper education, proper care of roadways, and many other important things.

You should try living in the UK. You think you got it bad? Every product is generally around half the price it is here, and our gas and electricity bills are hitting the roof, so much that most of the population has had to cap their payments. Sheesh I wanna live in America.

"How bad are the working conditions?" is the only question I can think of, because America isn't exactly having a cakewalk, even if the Euro is below $1.50 for the first time in I forgot how long.

Although I can acknowledge that our tax dollars are largely put to waste, we're still stuck paying them until we drop dead, and even then we're being taxed. It's either that, or the federal pen with every other tax evader.
I don't see why we're overly complaining about taxes, it's not like medieval times where they taxed you to hell until they get the damn shirt off your back.

Here in New York, it's just starting to become a headache, because the stupid Legislature can't decide whether it really want's to put a tax on the rich for once. So go figure.

Also, what taxes. Income tax? I've heard loads of shit about how that is illegal. Or the other taxes on EVERYTHING from gas to dildos is what pays for the roads, like the gas tax pays for roads.
