No, I think its just that you need to reboot; then try. But still...this is the wrong thread for this. This is for introducing yourself. Sorry folks.

Flash might not be starting up because your computer doesn't have the requirements needed for it.

Assuming you have a pc, you will need the following:
* 800MHz Intel Pentium III processor (or equivalent)
* Microsoft Windows 2000 or Windows XP
* 256MB of RAM (1GB recommended to run more than one Studio 8 product simultaneously)
* 1,024x768 16-bit display (32-bit recommended)
* 710MB of available hard-disk space
* Product activation over the Internet required prior to use
* Some features require the latest version of QuickTime. During the installation of QuickTime, select the "Recommended" installation type to install the components required by Flash®. QuickTime can be obtained at www.quicktime.com.

Or, if you have a mac...
* 600MHz PowerPC G3 processor
* Mac OS X v.10.3 or 10.4
* 256MB of RAM (1GB recommended to run more than one Studio 8 product simultaneously)
* 1,024x768 thousands of colors display (millions of colors recommended)
* 360MB of available hard-disk space
* Product activation over the Internet required prior to use
* Some features require the latest version of QuickTime. During the installation of QuickTime, select the "Recommended" installation type to install the components required by Flash. QuickTime can be obtained at www.quicktime.com.

Hey Katharis. Hope you enjoy your stay here also. And I suppose you'll post it in the Flash section. Flash is sometimes short for animation so I say the "flash section". I hope you don't get flamed.. GOOD LUCK

Yeah, if in doubt, go ahead and put it in the flash section. We can move it if it seems wrong.
