Well first of all, you don't really need to put your name at the end of every post you make, since it's already in the dark grey panel next to your post. If you want to have your name under every post, then put it in your signature, which can be edited by going into your User CP. But it really isn't necessary since, as I earlier stated, it's already in the panel next to your post.
As for suggestions, I'd say that first you should read some tutorials. We have a great selection of user submitted tutorials on the forums. The Pivot Tutorials section has quite a few usefell ones as well as the best of the best in the Official Tutorial sections, which is a compilation of the best tutorials regarding all the animation programs and some to help you around the forums. Once you've read enough tutorials, you should make short test animations to help you get the feel towards the different elements of animation. In other words, make a short walking loop, or a short jumping animation, or punching etc. If you keep making those, you'll soon get much better in terms of animation. Don't forget to apply easing to your animations. Easing is an animation term that addresses the simulation of gravity. For instance, if you were to animate, say, someone throwing a ball into the air, you'd draw animate the ball going upwards, then it would gradually start to slow down in mid-air until coming to a short stop. Then as it's going down, it would start to speed back up again.
Just a few tips to help you get started. Hope this helps.
