Well, first it took me to google, then I took the site and copy paste it then it says the page has moved to cartoon smart dot com. I looked there but theres no flash tutorials... Sorry.
EDIT: Actually I found something on the Flash thing that you can program, that must be the action script. It says a Cartoon Smart, about Action script. Is that what it is to program it into a game?

You start by getting flash 8 instead. It owns CS3.

Strills is right, I never bothered switching to Cs3, 8 is perfectly capable of many things.

All a matter of your style, and opinion.
For example: If your into making games, CS3 is the best option.
If your into making sticks with lines, CS3 is the best option.
Both for the same reason: More actionscripting.
At CS3 you can actionscript somewhat everything from your keyboard to things, like Q will toggle quality and mouse buttons will toggle the frame rate or loops.
If your into making brush sticks, BOTH are good! Some prefer thick sticks, so they will go for Flash 8 his bigger brush options. Others prefer thin sticks, and maybe outlines, and will go for CS3 to still enjoy the actionscript or better looking workplace.
You can't really say Flash 8 or CS3 sucks, its just you and your style that makes you think that opinion.
EDIT: Holy shit, Lixu made a reply that is longer then 1 line!

Pirate? Okay...Anyway, Mainly I'm going to use it for games, so I guess CS3 is better. I'm just trying to figure out how to work it. Also, I found something called Flash Animator you can use it for games. I understand it, but can you use it to make awesome games? Please tell me your opinion. Also can you make more than just one movie for a game?

CS3 uses action script 3 which is far more similar to other script languages than AS 2.0 and 1.0. Action script 2.0 is simpler in the form that you can use the 'this.' command and put script into movieclips. With CS3 you will have to refer to each clip by it's instance name and can't give text a set variable name without script. With either one you will have to learn to animate which will take longer than your 30day trial then learn script. CS3 still has the older version as an option though, if you want to use them. Overall if you want to make games your going to need to buy a full version of flash, 8 is cheaper and I personaly prefer it over CS3 which I only use to make 3D based work due to it's 3D engine capabilities being more understandable (for me anyway).
Yes you can make more than one 'movie' for a game but you put them into clips and play then with a) An event, b) A timed script or c) With a button.
This 'Flash Animator' you found is either flash or a shitty drag and drop take off of flash. Also, by pirate they ment download it illegaly or find a serial, which doesn't work for CS3 PC versions, incase you didn't know.
