I've nothing to complain about on the first one, but for the second one, the pauses between the movements are SLIGHTLY too long. You should remove maybe one frame or so.

First one was (in agreement with Zen) great with the physics. The second one I was unsure if I was seeing it right as when he went to strike his bottom half disapeared and when he swang the stick back it disapeared altogether. However the movements in general were very good.
