It's pretty rough around the feet and the headphones, other than that, pretty nice.

background was obviously done pretty quickly, but I think it could look cool if you did a gradient across it, then swirled it around with liquefy or something.

What lneuq said except the hands are out of shape.. they look awkward.

Although simple, its nice and clean.

k. ahh, the guy himself is like... just not human enough. like, there are too many edges and whatnot. also, the iPod... isn't even there. if you meant to put it in his pocket, the earphone wires shouldn't look so 2D, and the left earphone shouldn't start on the right side like that.
