I don't see any reason why we'd be able to do this with genetic engineering. If it would ever happen it would happen with robotics and nanobots.

Technically, for fire, you could make the human body produce chemicals that when combined, and then subsequently combined with oxygen, produce fire. Store it in sacs near the hands, and then just shoot it like spiderman.

But that ain't natural, that involves robotics and biochemicals.

This seems like a useless subject, mostly for the reasons nodd listed. It's kind of hard to debate how you think something potentially can happen, especially if it's something that's currently not feasible, scientifically.
