O.o Your skills have really dropped a little bit. Make the characters taller, the feet seem to be swallowed up ends of the legs at some parts. You should try zoom in more when you draw the characters as well. Anyways... the best way to get rid of rust is practice.

First of all, like already said, make the dudes bigger. It looks like you're a newb trying to cover up his lack of skill by making the details harder to see (You're not, but it looks like it).

And too fast. There was a bit at the start, but apart from that there weren't really any movements to speak of. It was blur, pose, blur, pose, blur, fast two frame kicking.

Its nice, but add some more easing and make it slower. The timing/connection between the moves are to fast and unreal, I know you want the fast paced, but it can be smoother with easing and still faster.

I would also suggest making the limbs bigger, since the arms are very short and that just doesn't give the force and feel if you see such a tiny arm punch.
