Look at some tutorials, maybe that will help. I suggest working on easing. Then try not to make everything so stiff. Of corse theres WAY more you need to improve on but i'm too lazy to tell ya. Just look at every damn tutorial you can find.

What the ****. You're not allowed to be like me. It's conforming and I don't much appreciate it.
Stop being a noob **** and actually tell him something that would help him. If you're too lazy to give proper criticism then there's no reason to post. You're just Wasting thread space with your ignorance. So get the **** out.

How did that help him? The beginner's section sucks. If you were smart would have realized that getting comments from people orse than you or just as bad won't really help you now will it? No, so again, get the **** out.

No need to try and make it look better.
I suggest using a taller, skinnier stick. They're a whole lot easier to animate with. The flip was alright, the running really needs work.

Go to www.droidz.org for stick figures
Go to www.darkdemon.org for more in-depth tutorials. The community there is a whole lot better and you don't have too many people like the noob fag that posted earlier.
Go to www.pivothost.org to upload .piv ad .gif files. I believe it's under maintenance at the moment.

God luck.

Pretty much, except for the, "What the ****. Your not allowed to be like me".

Anyways, the flip was good for a beginner, just a bit stiff and choppy, the run was horrible, as Demi said, Darkdemon has great tutorials. The run, well, the feet slide, remember, your feet stay in the same place until the other foot is ALMOST to the ground. And the arms didnt move at all during the run.

He can learn something from the beginners section.
I wouldn't suggest it to everyone though. The beginner's section only consist of noobs telling other noobs things that probably won't help them in animating. But whatever.

I want to be the pivot section mod. Lol. If something like that were to happen, I probably wouldn't be picked.
