No, The sword is not eased, Easing is: When a object speed up at the beginning and slows down at the end...

Try to start the movement with an unnoticable change of position, make the chang a bit further, then a bit further, then somewhat longer, longer, same distance, then less longer, small movement the tiny bit movements untill it stops. It might take some time, but you get used to after usin it lot.
