Well it was not smooth, it was short, and wobbly and all the bad stuff but if u train u'll be good =P ok so 1 try to make your stickmen look like they're living creatures and not sticks put together:

just an example... there tons of different sexy styles but the one u did was not really sexy...
Get the smoothing down a little like to 30 or 40...
I usually take the thickest brush, use smoothing on 40 and zoom in to 400% and then animate...
Hmm what else? try making more fight and not stickmen standing with VS above them ok? i mean the first frame was too long =P...

Watch other people's animations, some epic ones also... look at the way they move their characters, and try doing something like them...
Try to make your character's movements smooth and realistic...
Or more or less realistic, just so that you have some sense of physics in your flash =P and don't be too lazy redraw every frame more carefully if you see that stickmen are wobbly...

I like the stick figures, though your animation could be smoother (and longer). You do your art any way you want. If you are wanting to improve, that's fine. But always keep your own style.
