Since nobody actually gave you any advice on how to improve i'll give it a try! For your first flash animation, it was done very well! You really should hang around the Tutorial section of the forums cus I learned A LOT of stuff from there.

You have the right idea for the particle effects, you just need to keep at it and practice. And the fireworks were NICE! I can already see you improving.
