Well nobody's reviewed my faaaacking Waek.
Come on guys, I love the way that thing came out, it's my coolest creation yet easily. If you're going to download just one of my creations, make it the Waek, it came out to be such a fun fight.
:(
But I will finally review the swordsman to avoid being a hypocrit:
Swordsman Decent boss, but wayy too easy of a fight. The first stage of the fight is killing the 3 mini ships, the first one is kind of cool because it just looks like a flying beam sword, but it dies in a matter of seconds. The other two are slightly more durable, but utterly useless because of how slow they fly, it's a trivial task to avoid their blades. Then you fight the boss itself, which relies way too much on it's two sword arms. If you're going to make a boss that relies on melee attacks, give it some speed, make it lunge at the player and flail at you like a thing possessed.
Now I hate to sound like a self centered dick advertising my own creation, but if you want an idea of what I mean, have a look at my Waek. That thing is frenzied as hell. Because of the boosters mounted on randomly spinning panels, the ship hurtles itself aimlessly around, every once in a while lurching right at you in random flailing attack runs. It's the unpredictability that ended up making the fight a lot more fun than I had expected. If you added some engines like that to the swordsman, had it constantly zipping around in sudden unexpected lunges, that would make it a much more intense fight.

REBANADOR
"Slicer"

The two large arms spin, as do the lasers on the sides. Fighters are released at the beginning.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=C2W9NXOR
I can't figure out how to make fighters detach after a couple seconds, if anyone could tell me I'd like to know.
What's the strategy? Well, obviously kill the fighters first, and then try and kill the arms. At later levels these get swinging pretty fast, and I know a lot of the time for me, unless I knew it was coming I couldn't outrun the arms. After that, the core's not very well guarded, so it's pretty straightforward.

Pirate, I'm going to reveiw the Waek.
In the words of the Brits, "Bloody hell!" even though i died quite a bit due to my suckiness at this game, but it was fun as hell. you would've made it a tad shorter of a fight though.

The ****chopper's just too much, imo. I mean, I could barely even see what I was shooting there were so many flamethrowers and shit everywhere.
It's not bad, but maybe make it a little simpler. Nice design though
The worm lagged terribly because you felt the need to put so many blades on it. Again, lots of unneccesary stuff.
They both look really cool though.
The Albius wasn't all that hard, the arms killed me a couple of times the first time I fought it by just bludgeoning me to death, but the rest of it wasn't much of a threat. Really nice design though, I like how you made it crablike.
Now someone download mine D:<

Reviews:
Rebanador Pretty good ship, the spinning grid of blades was effective enough to call for some strategy, and keeping your distance, but like I said before, if you want a boss to rely on a melee attack, you really have to make it more aggressive. The fighters seemed kind of thrown in there and didn't add a whole lot to the fight, but were kind of a neat touch. Use "Joint Detach" with negative values for "Move Action" to make the fighters spawn periodically, this would make them seem more integrated into the battle as opposed to just a random wave of enemies that precedes the boss fight. Also, the flamethrowers were useless, they never even came close to grazing my ship, only add weapons if they're going to serve a purpose in the battle, try to avoid filler guns that are just for show.
Ungeheuer The design was cool, I liked how the rapidly spinning disk went counter to the spin of the rest of the station. The two giant gun turrets were cool too, but didn't seem quite intimidating enough, like I was more worried about the tiny ring of vulcans than the two giant beams. Not that that's wrong or anything, but if you're going to make two massive turrets the most distinguished feature of a design, it's cool to integrate them into the fight a bit, and make them the most "feared" weapons of the ship.
Kafer Really liked fighting this little guy. I like how disorienting the design was, he had so many moving parts you could never tell which way he was supposed to be facing, or even what part of him was meant to be the front. I also liked how even on a design that small you managed to work in some mini ships that were very much a part of the fight and didn't just feel like a tacked on sort of gimmick.
****chopper Ehhh, pretty lame. No offense, but you've pretty much created the iconic, stereotypical "the first ship I made in Fraxy". Going overboard with as many giant spinning lasers, and blades and flamethrowers and general shit thrown everywhere isn't good design.
Whirlpool Same deal as the ****chopper, it was really just a lot of blades and a lot of shit thrown everywhere. It had a bit more of a design to it, but it wasn't much of a fun fight.
Worm Getting better, this one had a really cool concept behind it, how no matter where you broke it, it would segment into more mini worms. Still though, you went way overboard. The blades for one thing were completely unnecessary, they were just there for looks, and it makes the game lag when they all go on at once. The flamethrowers were useless, most of the guns were just filler, and you really didn't need that many giant lasers just because they're the coolest looking gun. You have good designs, you just need to restrain yourself a bit and try to make a more minimalistic focused ship.
Doomweaver Probably the best of your ships so far because you showed some restraint. You still had the random blades thrown all over it, which you should really just get rid of, but for the rest of it it seems like you held back a bit. For this ship the two triple forked lasers were actually pretty fun, they made a good main weapon for the ship and it was fun to try and dodge them as they strafed around and criss crossed with eachother. Overall, this ship is decent.
Scatman, I meant to include your Albius in this batch of reviews, but Filefront wasn't being very cooperative at the time. I'll try downloading it again later and put a review up.
No new ships from me at the moment, I'll try and think up something cool in the next couple days.
WAEK REVIEWS. MORE OF THEM. YOU DICKS. PLEASE.

Sabitu

Sabitu, a test drone for military students, this one was given some extra armor to make it full standard. it is near impossible to get behind it, and it will occasionally retreat.

While it is hard to get around, there's really no need to do so, since it has so few weapons. I mean, you could just shoot it from the front and actually dodge some of the fire and you'd be fine.
Nice concept, but it needs some more firepower.
