Try blurring that a little. It looks a little sharp. Or if the PSD file looks good, try saving as a different file type, or at a higher quality.

I want a cool sig with a stick figure thats shooting an energy blast out of its hands and like hes kinda far away, and the energy blast is bigger because its like closer, with a nice blue bg. PS: The enegy blast is light red
