hey can for my sig can i have:
A stickman that looks like doctor who (just give him messy brown hair and a light brown jacket with black stripes) hanging out against a wall with a dalek (search dalek on google images to see what one looks like if your not quite sure), and can you put doctor who drinking a bottle of coka cola and the dalek using his 'plunger weapon' to write 'Skaro For Ever' on the wall in graffiti. It's complicated, but if you get round to doing it, thanks.

ok, i thought of 1 lol.
How about theres a guy standing with a blue lightsabre, and one droid comes in from the left, and he kills the droid. then one comes from the right, and he kills that one. Then a goblin thing comes in with an axe, and they stare at each other. Then the goblin says "sorry, i thought this was LotR" and walks off.

Im new here so i wont ask for much. I just need someone to make a sig with a black background with stars in it. Thats all, i can do the rest myself but lack photoshop skillz to make starz. And a question: How do you outline text so that you can like make black text and put a white outline around it. If someone would anwser this posthaste it would be most appreciative.

There it is. now for youre question.
to outline text have youre text layer highlighted then do the following:
Layer>layer style>blending options>stroke
