srsly finish the guy on the left, he looks... ghey.
The shading is pretty cool, but the refection on the right guy's head looks weird because you did it with an outline. It looks more like a hole >.>

Yep, you are right, altough I didn't expect someone to actually notice.
everything skews a bit too much away from the center. the ghey guy is too far to the left, the other ghey guy on the right is skewed too much to the right...
very nice just try to make the light that hits the helmet to look a little more natural but overall VERY good :)
