Take more time drawing the sticks and make a better background.

Put more time into it. Guns can be more defined, and less blurry, words would be good, and it needs sound of some sort.
Put more effort into it. Take the extra couple minutes to make wherever you are working on better. Don't just say that "It's the best I can do," because you can do better by pushing yourself to do more.

Though, what it lacks in speed and sounds, it makes up for in strange camera angles, in the sequel, i suggest kicking up the old Flashkit.com, getting some good old SFX, ya know ;), fair effort.. As far as i'm concerned, its not the smoothness, the noise, and insanity, its the Ideas, and the way its expressed...
