Madness, cause of it's addictive violence and story line.

I like both , but if I were to choose it would be madness because in killing spree they did not have a straight story line and it fogs off every episode.

Madness. KS is alright but the storyline is just lame. Animation is great though. Madness has zombies, clowns, jesus and a guy that seems to never die. Killing Spree has a deranged teenager stick figure with awesome animation.

Also madness has it's own kind of style. KS is the same stick figure over and over and over again.

where else would you find good wholesome extreme bloodcurtling gore like this other than madness?

i prefer madness...but there both really good

Madness rule more than everything!!! I would love to watch them! My friends has started to like madness.

I agree. Madness Combat is some good killing fun, but Killing Spree has some nice gore, but it's way over done. "OH, SLOW MOTION, LET'S THROW THAT IN THERE AT RANDOM EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN'T MAKE ANYTHING MUCH COOLER." In other words, Madness Combat is all about just killing shit, while Killing Spree tries to come up with a lameass storyline while at the same time trying to be way too "XTREME".
