As I have been looking over the state of the main section, I have noticed numerous threads in the wrong place and repeats of a repeat of the same forum game. I also know that since the Moderators have deemed them worthy, presumably; as it is one of the rules, they may stay. This will not, however deter from me shouting at them because they are all the same and all come to the same conclusion.

I wish to get this straight with all the Roleplay thread starters. Roleplay threads do NOT; I repeat, DO NOT, belong in the main section. There is a section already designated for that kind of thing. It is named the literature section :

It kills me a little every time I see a roleplay thread on the main forum. Why?

This is an animating forum, pure and simple, with a big-ass bias on the animating part. Roleplay forums are not meant to be here. If you really want to roleplay, I suggest you type in '' ROLEPLAY FORUM '' into the google searchbar and see where it takes you. I will repeat this one more time. This is NOT a roleplay forum.

Moving on to picture thread decide the actions of the character blah blah blah threads :

Only Pirate's was original, and now they have been reborn, this annoys me a little as well, because they all have 3 things in common. They all move in ONE fixed direction, the plot is C movie at most, and quite frankly, they mostly suck. They are not original, It would be better if they were limited to maybe 1 ongoing at a time, to save space for some of the better threads being pushed down by the mass amount of posts by the same people that these threads get.

Well they're basically games, not Literature.

Shitty games that I'm not sure why anyone would participate in. If you want forum roleplay go to Gaia, they got all you would ever want there.

Shitty and unpleasant to read, yeah I agree.

But those games have usually put some thought in them, not just "umg grant wish thred lolo". Thant's why I leave them.

They're far from literature.

So nobody actually read what rules say about this? Yeah, that goes to you too, Paintball. We may decide a game is worthy or not. So stop reporting just about every game you see.

If there would be someone to make a thread about Role-play games, where they belong and how they should be made it should be a moderator.

I say roleplay threads are literature as that is a more suitable section. Roleplay came from books, and as of such, Roleplay is more a form of a written book, or adventure. Books and adventures go into the Literature section

And yes Mantha, I did read up on that rule, I infact referenced it briefly.

And yes Miniman, I agree wholeheartedly.

Literature or not, roleplaying games are still games in their basis.

Because animating is PART OF THE ****ING FORUM. IT IS WHAT THE FORUM IS MEANT FOR, STICKFIGURE ANIMATING, NOT POSTING SHITTACULAR ROLEPLAYS.
