How long can you wall sit for? I've started doing them latley to get in shape for high jump. If you don't know what I'm talking about, then look at the picture. You have to keep your legs at 90 degrees. Also, notice how the guy isn't pushing on his knees with his hands to stay stabilized. You can rest your arms on your legs, but don't be a pussy and lean on them, that's not a proper wall sit.

I did it during lacrosse conditioning for 7 minutes, but that was 2 grades ago. Right now I'm at 2 minutes.

Post your times here. If you've never done one, then get off your fat ass and do one now and post the time. Also, don't lie like a bitch

Haha wow, reading your posts makes it seem like you're trying to make wall sits hardcore.

Three minutes max two years ago. Had to do it before running track for gym. Two minutes and a half right now.

I've never tried but I'll assume I'm good at it.

Seems like an endurance thing, I'm pretty good at that.

I googled it, and I know what these are now.

Seems kinda easy tbh, I did dance and they made me do it without a wall, it's called an invisible chair, used for strengthening thighs and all that.

Without a wall I can do it for around a minute, no idea what it is with a wall, obviously a lot more.

The majority of his posts make it seem like he's trying to be hardcore.

Anyways I don't really know, I don't do them that often. We had to do them for basketball a year or two ago for 5 minutes and it hurt but it wasn't all that terrible.

Wow. This is like that one asshole at school that has nothing else he can use to define himself because he is a complete loser, and so he just lifts weights at the gym for 5 hours a day and then flaunts around school with a sleeveless shirt on like has is a bad ass. Only this is worse.
