I liked your animation though, 'twas ok, just needs easing.

redo the course. Shorten it, make it more interesting, and all so that you can avoid trying to use shortcuts since there wont be any tedious parts of the animation.

Darkebrz: That was good, especially the particles. But in the end you got lazy and skipped some frames. Don't do that. (atleast I think you did...)
The walking was to short to be rated.
The punches was good but dont overdo V-Cam shakes and blur, it makes it look bad.

Ok this one was a tuffy, I put the anim at 20 fps, and it worked perfectly, right? I upload it at all these different places and it still comes out with slow fps. I thought making it smaller will help, I was wrong. HELP!

Cool. On your animation, when your animating, under the timelne, there are these numbers that tell you your current frame, fps, and ect. Dubble click the fps and it will allow you to change it. Make it higher. :D

Ok, I think I fixed it, all I had to do was up the fps to 24. I guess it was at 20 fps.
