i liked it...i thought the sound was very nicely timed

I didn't really like the particles, but the explosion isn't too bad at all. Make the particles stay longer, and add some easing.

I'm working on re-drawing the sticks. As I've said, it's shitty.

The sticks were horrible but that walk was nice.

try and keep you're arms and legs the same shape as the onion skin.

The punches were actually very good, but the kicks were too choppy.
Add more frames, especially for that last kick.

Yeah, exporting things as gif. in flash isn't good. You got to find good swf to gif converter.
